International Foundation in Mathematics with Economics, Finance and Management

Overview

Preparing students for direct entry to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with Economics, Finance and Management-related subjects at the University of Exeter.

On campus and online study options
This program is available to study either on campus or online – giving students the flexibility to choose what’s best for them.

If your student starts online and is then able to travel to the UK, they’ll be able to transfer to an on-campus program in January or March/April 2022. They’ll need to meet any visa requirements and demonstrate good attendance and performance during their studies online.

If your student applies for an Online Extended program, they’ll be offered an Online Academic English plus Online or on-campus academic pathway study plan.

  • Learn about accounting concepts and the procedures used in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Guest lectures delivered by those with industry-specific experience.
  • Group work centred around the production and presentation of a business report.
  • Carry out analysis and interpretation of business practices of key global businesses such as Apple, Google, Coca-Cola and Nike.

Classes are held Monday to Friday between 8.30am-6.30pm, excluding bank holidays.
