Overview

Preparing students for entry to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering at The University of Manchester.

This program is available to study on campus only.

Key information

  • Practise academic writing skills, particularly relating to laboratory reports.
  • Progress to over 15 degree programs, with the option to undertake an industrial placement to gain invaluable work experience.  
  • Accredited degrees in mechanical or electrical engineering, helping students become industry ready.

Class duration

Typically held Monday to Friday between 09.00 - 17.00 excluding bank holidays. However, there may be instances where classes need to be held outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.
