International Year One in Humanities and Social Sciences will prepare students to enter their next semester of a bachelor’s degree program at George Mason University.

English language entry requirements
2 Semesters: TOEFL iBT 60 (13 all subscores), IELTS 5.5 (5.0 all subscores), PTEA 45, IELA 155 (145 all subscores), Duolingo 90, TOEFL Essentials 6.5 (6.0 all subscores), or Completion of AE Core and OCS Level 4 or higher.
